Yes. The Vow Department is available for destination weddings across the United States and worldwide. We build a custom travel quote around the location, schedule, and production needs.
02How do destination wedding travel fees work?+
We calculate flights, lodging, local transportation, and necessary travel days using current rates, then present one transparent quote. We handle our own booking and logistics.
03Can you film the welcome party or rehearsal dinner?+
Yes. Multi-day coverage is especially valuable for destination weddings because the story extends beyond the ceremony. Rehearsal dinner coverage is included in The Documentary Film and can be planned for custom collections.
04How do you prepare for a venue you have not filmed before?+
We study the venue, sun path, access, schedule, and creative possibilities in advance and coordinate with your planner and vendor team. A new location is an opportunity—not a limitation.
